How to Unlock Bunker 11
The process for unlocking the vault is a lot more complicated than the other 10, but it’s perhaps less reliant on luck. It involves finding multiple phones that must correspond. To break it down, you must do the following:
You must first locate a phone that provides you with an activation code in Morse code. The Morse code relates to other phones, which are registered to a particular Russian number. You must activate the three phones that the code is referring to in order. Once this is done, the bunker is unlocked.
How to Find the Phones and Decipher the Code
It might seem a ridiculously hard task to accomplish, especially if you don’t speak Russian. However, Reddit user, StrangerRobjin, has broken it down easily for players by labeling the phones with the particular code they’re associated with.
